E-file, anyone?
E-file logo Go ahead, give it a try
If you haven't tried e-filing your tax returns yet, why not this year? Most Oregonians—60 percent or so—file their returns electronically.

E-file is the fastest way to get your refund. In most cases, you can get it in five to 10 days. Worried about safety and security? E-file uses secure technology so that your personal information is safe while it transmits to the IRS and to us.

You may e-file using online tax preparation software, off-the-shelf software, or through your tax preparer. You might even qualify for free e-file if you meet certain requirements, such as income limits.

Protect yourself, your family, and your co-workers by getting vaccinated and staying informed. The fewer of us who get sick from either seasonal influenza or pandemic H1N1 influenza, the more we can reduce the impact in our schools and workplaces. Visit the state's flu website at www.flu.oregon.gov or call the state hotline at 1-800-978-3040.
