How to make an electronic payment
In addition to paying by check or money order, you may pay your Oregon state taxes using one of these electronic options.

Choose this payment method to make an electronic payment from your checking or savings account. There is no fee to use this payment option. This payment option is a service provided by U.S. Bank. You do not need to have a bank account with them, but you will be asked to set up a website account to complete your transaction. You may use this option to pay:

For businesses only

Choose this payment method to make a payment from your financial institution using Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit or credit. This payment method is required for businesses who are federally required to use the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses, it is optional. You may use this option to pay:
